No sound

Hi can anyone help. Been out for a run,radio working fine. Jumped in for the return journey and no sound! Tried increasing the volume and the blue volume indicator at the top of the mfd is increasing but nothing out of the speakers. Tried Spotify through my phone and no volume there either? Also noticed that the volume control on the steering wheel is not working,that is,doesn't work the blue volume indicator although the buttons for station change on the other side of the wheel are working. Very strange. Tried wiggling all the fuses but still nothing.

Leave it turned off overnight & try again, mine has done that once & dealer said he had it happen on a couple of multi vans.

On the T6 you could push in the volume knob for 5 secs and then the whole unit switches off and resets. I haven’t tried it on the T6.1 yet. Does it work?

As suggested tried it today and it is working. Strange,let's hope it is a one off.
