4th bike attachment arm missing

Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to replace the short, double-ended, arm from the official vw bike rack? Mine has gone missing and although I only out 3 bikes on (for now at least) it was a lot easier to attach the kiddie bike onto my wife's rather than use the fixed arms.
Who would be the best person to ask to buy it from? Thank you! Cc

ok, managed to get the bit I needed from VW, not cheap! Thank you though... strange censorship going on here if you can't share details like vendors on the forum! Perhaps it has to be available through one of the site sponsors!
