4th bike arm

Hi, have just fitted a bike rack. Looks great and works well - so far, so good! However I am a bit confused about the detachable arm for the 4th bike - it works fine but where do you store it when the bike rack is folded and it is not in use? It came tied on by a wheel Strap on the rack but that does not seem secure enough to travel with like that. I can find somewhere in the van but am I missing something clever and/or obvious?

No special method, it just fixes 3rd bike to 4th.
I leave mine with bike stuff in the garage on the basis that it’ll only be used with the bikes so no need to take up space in the van.

I have mine clamped across the rack where the wheels fit

I clamp mine on with the rest of the clamps when not in use.
