Advice on how to turn off parking lights

We have a MY22 6.1 Coast. I don’t know how I’ve turned them on but have a right hand side rear and from light on when parked up and on Electric hook up. Not sure if this is something to do with the camping function? I’d like to turn them off. The normal light switch doesn’t do this. Any advice gratefully received + apologies if there is already a thread on this that I haven’t found on my mobile with a poor connection!

You’ve probably knocked your indicator stalk up.

As said. Indicater stalk to neutral. They will then go out
