Advice Please - Servicing

I bought a van privately and I have a printout from the VW system that shows it was serviced at 20147 miles, its listed as an oil change service (Jan 2024), the van now has about 32000 miles on it and I have this message showing, can someone help me understand why it would need another oil service at roughly 34000 but not an inspection until say 40000 miles? I am assuming that an inspection is like a full service?

Also, I am located between Guildford and Crawley, any recommendations as to which one for servicing would be best?

Yep, still pretty much confused, have sent a message to a mate who is a mater tech (albeit on the car side of VW).

Anyone with a recommendation between Eurovans Crawley or the dealer in Guildford?
