Airbag again 9439771

Whilst driving along .. no front seat movement for weeks and thought I had secured cables under seat , the dash airbag alarm came on .. Have reset with Carista but didn’t expect it this time whilst driving along! Any clues and do we have a fault code list anywhere on the site... also fault 9479189 coming up .. heating and aircon.. all seems fine with that !!

Sounds like an issue with the clock spring pack on the steering wheel.
Faults consistent with bad connection, like can bus in 1 wire mode , airbag and comfort controls and steering angle.

ooh.. sounds a bit complicated. Can bus 1 wire mode... now ya really got me!!

Can bus uses 2wires to talk between modules but can communicate on a single wire if there is a break.

So you don’t think this is seat related? It wa last time as fault(dont know the code) occurred on turning the seats?

No I think its steering wheel. But you would get more/better info with a VCDS scan.
