On more expensive porta potti s there is a pipe with an elbow bend that stops leakages. It sits at the top of the cassette. This Aldi one only has a screw cap at the back, very low. Would be awful it it leaked or got cross threaded. You’d have to keep checking the seal As well.
I’d rather pay the extra money for peace of mind.

My Fiamma is similar to the Aldi. No problems with leaks or smells. The emptying opening/cap is nice wide so no problems emptying solids also a doddle to clean.
