We can see from your profile that you have a T5 SE. Does it have the standard head unit? Also, when you mention you've lost bluetooth, is it that the phone is unable to discover the stereo, or is there some other problem?

A few pictures or some more explanation of the problem may help us to help you with pointers to diagnose the problem.
