Anyone dealt with Roadpro? Emailed them 3 times and not one single reply?

Has anyone used this company? Im thinking of doing a lithium install and emailed the company no less than 3 times (no phone number which is always a bad sign in my view), so i emailed again and again with no reply . Weird when a customer wants to spend a couple fo grand and cant get them to reply . Am i just being unlucky?
