App-connect stopped working

I have a 2016 Cali ocean. App connect has been working fine. I use Google maps on it. It has stopped working now. Just keep getting "no entries available" on the device list. I haven't changed my phone. I did disconnect the battery for 2 weeks while I was away but I've done this before with no problems. Can anybody help me please

You need to go onto the entertainment system on the vehicle, and select options and then factory reset. This will sign you out as a user, and reset your connected device settings. You will then be able to sign in as a primary user, and connect your device.
