Hi,
Just got back from camping at the VolksWorld show. When I was packing up and came to wind-in the awning it got stuck on one side. I had an elevating roof cover on at the time and I think what's happened is one of the straps from the cover was hanging down onto the awning when I winded it in. The straps have plastic clips on them and have rolled into the awning and jammed it all up pretty good. I just about managed to wind it in to get back home but I had to use a lot of force. It hasn't wound in straight either. It's not closing properly on one side. I can wind it out a bit but when I try to wind back in it gets stuck.
Any ideas what to do?
Thanks

I think your have to try and wind it out fully, remove the offending item then hopefully its not damaged and will roll straight back in again.

Good Luck!

That worked! Thanks!!! Luckily, there's no damage to the overall structure except for a crack in the front housing - the large plastic part that's at both ends of the awning. I suppose this can be replaced fairly easily?
Anyway, phew.
