Awning leg help!

Hi all,

Can anyone help us work out how to get the awning legs to lock.... On the Cali we rented it just worked, on ours they appear to just not...

Should the lever be at 90 degrees to the leg to lock? It won't stay there. We're in a t6 ocean.

We're on the West coast of Scotland at Port Ban (which is stunning by the way) and it is going to be another scorcher!

Push it up - you need to be a bit more brutal with it - as it gets use it will be looser. Its a common thread -

The advice from my dealer on handover was "Push the lever up, I know it feels like it will break but it won't".

Thank you so much. I was convinced it would break if I applied more force but it hasn't and now we have shade. Who'd have thought you'd need it at this time of the day in Scotland!
