Does anyone have any idea what the official name for this part is and if possible the part number and availability.

Edit: this one is LH side, the right hand one is the same part number with a 6 instead of 5 for the final digit

I think the best bet is Sikaflex, but I fixed the smaller rear cap using a cheap clear silicone sealant as that was to hand and the tube was an opened.
