Does a cali with an awning stay under the 2-meter height? On the pictures it looks like the awning is heigher than the van. Maybe it 's only the picture...

Several posts on here confirm it is still under 2m as the pictures don't show how the centre of the roof is slightly higher.

Yes a Thule (original fitted) wind out awning does not higher the Cali .
The highest point is not the awning but roof itself , allthough it's a close call between the two
