B Pillar Decals - where do I trim?

Hi, quick question for anyone that has fitted the club shop B pillar decals, they have to be trimmed as they come on a sheet in pairs.
Do I trim to the inner white line our outer? ie do you leave the "white" border on once trimmed?

No they need cutting out from the sheet they come on.
