Bed stuck down, can I get back panel off to check cables?

another cali with a bed stuck in the sleeping position. When I pull the cable I can feel that the left hand side is staying locked so maybe the cable on that side is detached or distorted?

Is there any way of getting the back panel off whilst the seat is locked down? So that I can check the lock. I’ve read the other threads and looked at the parts diagram.

Would have to happen on our first night in islay!

Looks like there are two hidden plastic screws that i can’t access whilst the seat is down.

Have a look at my earlier post .
Had the same problem and am in France for the month.
Maybe a similar problem

We had similar issue with our 2014 T5 Cali Ocean - seat in bed position wouldn't budge at all. Solution? Push down on the seat back whilst pulling up on the strap. It's counter-intuitive, but you need to push down to free the locking latch. May help some people.
