We enjoyed the trip up the Schilthorn cable car. Expensive (as it's Switzerland) but significantly less so than other options. If you give yourself time you can opt to walk up or down one or more of tne four sections. The James Bond (OHMSS) experience at the top is actually good for a novelty installation, despite the disconcerting movement sensitive Bond girl holograms in the toilets.
Another vote for the waterfall walk also.
