Blocked sink drain

Our sink drains really slowly. Any suggestions of the best way to clear the pipe without damaging it? Thanks. :smile

Thans Guys. I've only acquired mine second hand a few weeks ago. I assumed there was a blockage but if that's the way they all are I'll learn to live with it. :smile
