Booking with Camping & Caravanning club

I am trying to booking Eurotunnel for a trip in August and looking to avail myself of the C&CC 10% discount. Anyone had any experience of this as the club App and website are awful. Also, it seems that if you have the bicycle rack fitted (even if not in use) there is another firm to fill in. And what’s with the gas bottle issue being 80% full? Means I can’t take the spare I am carrying? Advice welcome.

Call their booking line. I did this and explained the difficulty booking online and was given the discount anyway.

Booked last week on their site with zero issues. Twice before too. They will only check the bottle is off.
