Brake fluid and aircon service

My Cali is in for an MOT next week, I have been asked if I need the Brake Fluid service at £69, and the aircon service at £139.

Do I need these as both seem perfectly OK?

Just had the same two questions from JCT600 & I asked if either were included as part of "annual Service" (for want of a better description) - apparently not.

Brake fluid £45 - should've been asked after 3-years at first MOT, then again every 2-years.
Aircon £102.
