Tried to book just now says out of stock, are the Club limited on tickets numbers? looks like same price for general tickets,2 adults, 1 dog and our van for camping £125 for weekend? Can anyone please advise. many thanks.

We have a limited number of Club pitches, I can enquire if we can grow the area, I increased the number from last year and it appears to have filled up quickly!
Leave it with me and I’ll see if we can have more space.

Thank you really appreciated. Yes, there are many clubs of course there who want pitches so understand why limited .If you cannot get any more we will book in general area and find the Cali Club members..

I sent an email to the organisers on Saturday requesting more club space, as it has barley been one working day since making that request I will give it a bit longer before chasing, sorry I have nothing to report back as yet.

Just spoken to Busfest 22 tickets guy who says the club allocation should not have all gone yet as only been out for 2 weeks? Said to call the Trade and Craft line after 7.30 pm? Apologies if you are already on the case, just want to book in Cali Club area asp as our first time there and want to meet other Club members, thanks

I’ve been chasing and am now awaiting a call back from the correct person that should be able to help, hang in there I’m sure it will get sorted. Will let you know as soon as.

Doesn’t look like there will be any room this year for any refugees from other club pitches

@Scott and Linda and @Algor I have had it confirmed this evening that we will have a few more pitches available in the VWCaliforniaClub camping area at Busfest. These pitches will be made available upon the next website update, I have asked when this is likely to be, but don’t know as yet.
Keep an eye out, keep trying and hopefully you’ll be booked up soon.
