Anyone had problems with their tyre pressure monitor not working…..It is not reading any of the wheels on 2021 Cali Ocean 205 AWD and it’s been in and out of JCT Hull for a total of about 3 weeks since the end of November. They say the have tried all sorts but no joy …..any suggestions

Presume you have the system with wireless sensors as tyre valves? If so the batteries in those do expire and the valve needs to be replaced. But unlikely all 4 go at once. In which case its the receiving module that is at fault. I have had that happen on a Mini/BMW . But surely a garage can diagnose and sort that. They sound somewhat useless.

PS “tried all sorts”! There are essentially 2 active components to the system. Transmitters (x4) and a receiver. There is not a lot to explore /try!!

You’ve not done something silly like putting winter wheels/ tyres on the van that don’t have sensors?

I have seen issues with various accessories, USB chargers, Dashcams, etc, anything that has been added to the van that are interfering with the TPMS radio frequency (433MHz for UK/EU). Even stuff that is supposedly marked with with CE or similar markings, i have seen cause issues.

In addition consider any Wifi / Mobile Hotspot / Solar Panel Systems that might be swamping the Rx, inc. their power supplies/adaptors.

I would start with unplugging anything you might have plugged in that isn't standard and see if that helps.

For info, the TPMS Rx/ECU is on the underside of the van behind the plastic undertrays, loosely beneath the Cali Fridge as a reference.
