Cali parking in Rouen, France

Hello
Have somebody a recommendation for a parking place in Rouen, Normandy? (the city center). Apparently this is a nightmare place to find a parking even for a small car. Underground parking are not to be considered, for obvious reason.

We have visited Rouen twice with Cali and had no difficulty parking. We parked alongside the Seine and walked, i think it was a 10 to 15 minute walk

presumably it was on the west bank ?.
I cannot find anything near Seine on East bank, looking on Google.
