Cali T6.1 Ocean Full Heating System versus Dr Who Tardis

Bring back swinging 60s things were simpler
I was sat in a very uncomfortable and cold Tata Jeep for a 16 hour trip in the Indian Himalaya region. This particular vehicle didn't connect the warm water circulating in the motor to the passenger cab in any way. Is that the kind of "good ol' days" simplicity you would like to bring back? Did I mention that it was cold?

I loved my Mahindra cj3, what a machine 2.1 diesel out of a Peugeot. The heater kind of worked, I liked the kick panels for cooling, and the fold down windscreen, sadly a pregnant girlfriend insisted we get something with rear seats, seatbelts, roof, doors, and a proper heater.....I met her half way a bought a g wagon

She did you a favour, I do like a g wagon

My OCD gets triggered when I see 'no' and 'know' confused. Even worse than 'there', 'they're' and 'there'.

Yes the heater settings can be confusing, but getting the very best out of this forum means asking concise questions then reading and trying to understand the answers rather than rambling / venting.
In my humble experience.
Their…..:Iamsorry

Blimey....I remember the heating in my 1968 MGB...asthmatic. So I went for a high flow heater fan.....result slightly less asthmatic

Simpler maybe but having had a 1965 Split Screen camper with little or no heating, I’d say things have progressed….. a bit.
My split screen was a technological marvel.

If I was cold, an ignition lead would helpfully catch fire to warm me up. Despite extensive reading of the manual and conversations at board level with VW, they were never able to satisfactorily explain this aspect of the heating system.

If only there had been forums for me to ask back then.
