Just want to say what a great Camp - we had a great time at CamperJam #16. Met Chris as we arrived and he guided to a space. Plenty of room and lots of like minded, nice people. It’s a great club to be part of.
We have attended many CamperJams and fell out of love with the festival after a terrible smaller Jam as lockdown was lifted. It was supposed to be socially distanced however some of the imbeciles in ‘home is where you party it’ just weren’t bothered - and neither were the site security. We left after 2 hours of setting up.
This was our first since then, in our first California (always conversions before).
The site has grown hugely since we were last there, (think it was about number 10 maybe) with lots more traders, food stalls, bands and toilets (which remained great throughout) - Kudos to the organisers.
As for the club camp. Brilliant. Loved the hooks we received as a free gift, and our wind out awning ripped on site, with advice from Chris and help from the 4x4 rescue team on site, our KalitheKampa was soon made road worthy again. Thank you to the club camp organisers, we will be with you again for certain.
Finally, to the Derby dub services club who partied hard through the Saturday night - you would fit better up with the imbeciles. No problem with you being up all night - but when you just don’t care about the volume - and so obviously so - you would fit better with the no etiquette festival (b)ankers up the hill.
Safe travels to all - great time had
