Hi All,

I've been looking at Eurocamp Independent, and while it has a good selection, a lot of the camp sites look like larger family sites which we don't want. Does anyone have some recommendations for Cali friendly sites in north east Spain. The areas we are aiming for are around the Cap De Creus peninsula.

We're looking for electric hook-ups, good amenities and near to nice beaches and villages, so a quieter spot with good food and places for a swim.

Any inside knowledge appreciated. Thanks.

I owning my Cali since April last year, so not much camp so far, but last summer we were around there and stay in a very nice area which I recommend you . I'm pretty sure you will enjoy a lot your stay in that area.

The camp site is in Port de la Selva, a small town in Gerona: https://goo.gl/maps/tBF9HRrWFhJ2

The camp site I've been is called "Camping Port del Vall" and it's located right next to the mediterranean see, I mean, the camp site has a rear door which leads you directly to the beach... right to the beach, as if the beach were a private one (despite it's not): https://goo.gl/maps/7B37Lj8RjMt

Once over there I recommend you drive around, the Mediterranean landscape is amazing, visit Cadaqués, Llançá, etc.... and don´t forget your snorkels.

I'm pretty sure there are more camp sites in the area, but that's the one I've been at and I'm keen to come back again.
