Cheap mozzie net

We have the mosqui-go plug in and it works really well when we're on electric hookup and the socket works - however when not on hookup the socket isn't powered. Is there a way to plug this in to the 12v socket so that it works (other than buying an inverter)?

Thanks to all the posters who have contributed to this thread. The above products has 259x5 star and 66x4 star reviews so that is good enough for me! All the answers I could have wished for on mozzies, midges and idea to put nets over doors / windows in one place. gotta love this forum. As a 'thank you', if ever in Devon check out the idylic Fingle Bridge Inn near Drewsteignton (NE edge of Dartmoor). Kids can paddle (in complete safety) in the river while adults can enjoy refreshments in this sublime spot which is off the beaten track yet not actually that far from the A30 Cornwall highway! Also there is a beautiful river valley walk from this location and free parking. National Trust Castle Drago is not far away either. Cheers,Ian
