Chinese Android Stereo/Navigator for California 2007

Hello gurus,

My stereo/navigation unit broke down a while ago. I can't eject or read the DVD . This cheap Chinese unit looks pretty good.

Two questions:

1. Will it fit my 2007 California? (My current unit looks like this one https://www.ebay.de/itm/VW-Touareg-7L-Autoradio-Radio-Navigation-7L6035191-B-/163480617254 )
2. Anyone tested it?

They work, but don't expect too much from it.
You can add rear view camera, watch movies while driving (you aren't allowed to do that), use your favourite Android navigation (free updates), possibility for DAB, 4G, dashcam recording, SD card, USB, DVD, ...

The CANbus decoder doesn't really work on Multivan, I think only on Touareg.
You get what you pay for, but with a shitload of possibilities more that the original unit.
But do take the most RAM and ROM. It's faster, more space for apps, ...

I have a Atoto one from Amazon in my current camper.
All the features sounded great on paper but It’s rubbish. Just clunky, unresponsive screen and nasty clicky buttons. And that was supposed to be one of the better ones!
