Comfort Insurance - 5% discount code for VIP members.

Hi

I have just tried to get insurance with Comfort (spoke to Rachel ) and asked for the 5% discount for being a VIP member of the club.
Rachel is insisting that I need a discount code before she will give me the discount.
I have quoted that I am a VIP member and also gave her my username but she will not accept this.
Can anyone advise me on a discount code?
This is very frustrating as I would like to get the insurance today and they close office at 3.30pm and are not open on Sunday.
