Hi all,
Found topics on roof error 1000 and the requirement for changing the sensors to overcome the fault code. However, I am having a slightly different experience. I have just received my control unit back from repair (the dreaded lines on the display) and after reinstalling the control unit, it is now displaying the roof error 1000 in the hidden menu and I can no longer open/close the roof using the control panel.
It was all completely fine before the unit was removed and I have unplugged it all and reinstalled a second time just to make sure all the plugs where fully inserted.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, if so how did you overcome it? My van is a 2005 for information.
Thanks,
Al
