Coverage for UK resident with overseas license

When people move to the UK from abroad, they can drive on their overseas license for 12 months before having to replace it with a UK license (or at least they can if they're from certain countries, etc.). I'm talking about moving, not coming as a tourist.

Can anyone recommend an insurer for this sort of situation?

In case it matters, there would be two drivers - one with a UK license, one with an overseas license. They are a couple and the van would be for leisure only, so the one with the UK license could be the primary driver if that made any difference.
