Cup holder stuck

Trying to remove the part with a ring and it is stuck
Any tricks of removing it?

Sp0_0k - mine still in the kitchen having assembled the ring and the part that slides along the unit I couldn't find the cup (eventually found that in the bottom cup holder in the van but haven't yet assembled the whole thing). Anyway, once the ring part is fixed into the slider it seems that it is not possible to unlock and remove it...

Does that not sits on the rail where the table goes in....
Suppose you need to lift the whole thing up a bit and slide....

Sorry, my message was confusing - I meant the ring (which hold the cup) fits into the part that slides in the kitchen slider - at it doesn't come off again once fitted. Mine hasn't yet seen the inside of the van so nothing to do with sliding it along the rail...

It came disassembled and I've put the ring wrong side(upside down)
Already resolved. Yea T6 is a sh1t vehicle. So many new bugs.
