Cup holder

Hello, I wonder if anyone knows anything about the VW order. One of my cups on the right has fallen out and stopped gripping the cup. I think I might be able to get the cupholder back in but I am keen on taking the tray out completely. This will enable me to get to the right area is much easier to fix it back in again. Has anyone else done this?
