On Monday this week my vandal damaged cover (see other post) was returned to Protec at their expense and I have just received a call saying it has been repaired and dispatched back to me today.
I paid £75 for the repair and they picked up the postage costs.
It is a big cover so would have cost a bit in postage.
I'd say that was top quality customer service.
As a way of saying thanks I'd recommend you consider them if you need an outdoor, waterproof, breathable cover for your Cali, boat or car.
They have been superb.
Now I wonder how long it stays on before it's damaged again?
