Dates for meets please

Hi chaps, I know this is a busy job but we need to know dates for '12 asap. Our calendar gets crazy.

But many struggles to get all details settled so long time before. If one has experienced arranging a Meet, it becomes clear that many things are closed due to offseason holidays until early spring. So the response is slow or missing.

I am planning two spring VW Factory visits and one autumn Meet in Denmark right now, the Danish Meet is on pause until spring and it has taken many weeks just to get the dates settled with VW, Autostadt and Camping.

Not to scare or hold any back from taking the step to arrange an Event or Meet. It is much fun, not that hard and surely worth the effort. But just to cast clearance on the reason why it can be impossible to know the dates so early, unless it is an ongoing yearly event.

If for some people dates don't suit or they must plan long in advance , everyone is free to arrange a meet themselves , the club/forum will give support if needed .
Just pick a date , make your arrangements with the site you choose and announce it ...

It would most likely be in september , don't think the date is set yet @Kmann is working on a factory visit witch would be april and/or may 2019 so guess the priority is there first.

Nothing official yet regarding the Danish Meet 2019. Most likely the Meet will be in end August or early September. I hope to launch around 6 months in advance. And dates are public as soon as possible in the new year. Like the last event tickets will most likely be limited and the location will be another wonderful part of the Country

The VW Factory Tours are around 1. April and 9. May. The Registration site will be launched soon. Tickets limited 40 attendees on each Tour.
