Day Parking in Boulogne

Taking a day trip to France next week, our Cali's first overseas adventure and wondered if anyone can recommend suitable parking in Boulogne?

I've had a look around online but can't find any recommendations and nothing from a search of the forum either. I've found reference to an Aire outside of town but as we'll only be there for about 6hrs I'd prefer a standard town centre car park or a park and ride.

If anyone can help we'd be really grateful

Can't remember details but we used to go there when the old Speedferries were running.
Never recall having a problem parking in the town but I think last time we were there we stopped next to the beach on the north side of town. Just drive in and have a scout around, I'm sure you wil find somewhere.
