Normally the VW part number is stamped on the relevant part.

Look on the inside surface 100% the part number will be evident

However, when I search for it - I only get results for t6, mine is t5.1. Are they the same?

If the part number on the one fitted is evident on the part , that will be correct

they are all very similar, sometimes there is a suffix update such as t6 where heat shields were removed to save money! But in general the under trays are very similar across the range
