Discover Media Gen2 firmware update (not a map update)

Hi!
have you tried to update a firmware (not maps) of Discovery Media Gen2 by yourself? The button "online download" in Discovery Media settings returns "service unavailable".

I found this video on YouTube with some links to the latest files for specific hardware/software versions.

any experiences?
