Thought there may be some interest in this. Having upgraded to an iPhone 5s, was looking for a solution for the old 30pin iPod connector.

Using the adapter below, I am able to stream audio over Bluetooth, but the original Bluetooth connection for hands free phone calls is maintained. Seems to work pretty well, though I haven't tested in detail yet.

No problem. I haven't tested in detail yet (only had 24 hours), and only tested with an iPhone 5S.

That said it seems to work. I'll update here if I find any issues.

Also a cable version http://store.apple.com/uk/product/MD824ZM/A/lightning-to-30-pin-adapter-02m?fnode=3a which I use to connect new iPod to Bose Sound Dock. Didn't realise how expensive they are Bought mine in HK last year!
