Do you get a cradle for spare wheel with 18” wheels?

If you buy a T6.1 with the 18” Palmerston alloys I understand that you then do not have a spare wheel, and instead just get a tyre inflation kit. (Reason being an 18” wheel is too wide for the cradle underneath the van.)

However, does anyone know if the van will still have the cradle for a spare?

I have ordered with the Palmerston alloys but still want to carry a 17” steel spare for the remote trips where a tyre shop might be some distance away.

No, you don’t get the cradle. But it can be bought from the Dealership and maybe even fitted for free.
