Driver Alert. Take a Break

My Driver alert seems to pop up very frequently, sometimes after only 45 minutes on the road. In contrast when my wife is driving she can manage over 2 hours without the driver alert advising her to “take a break” popping up. Am I driving particularly badly? What is it that triggers the Cali to urge me to ”take a break” far more often than my wife?

Changing lanes frequently can cause it but there are many factors. It used to happen on my Merc occasionally but never really found out why.
