Drivers door cable on 2007 California snapped/ Detached

Hi , I suspect that the drivers door latch Bowden cable has snapped or become detached from its fixing, I have ordered a new cable just in case, is it fairly straight forward to remove the door cardand replace cable? TIA

Try you tube. Type t5 door card removal. I've had my t6 ones off they are tricky. You need trim tools and then pull hard. There's also torx screws. 2 in the bottom. One in the middle and 2 under the handle on top. Again remove with trim tools. Also recommend buying a bag of fixings for when you do the job. Ne the door card is free of the door the bowden unclips from the door card. Here's my t6 card removed.
