DSG Gearbox rattle!

I recently put my 2012 T5.1 through its MOT and they flagged a rattle coming from the DSG gearbox area. The DSG works absolutely fine in all modes. It has not had gearbox oil change for around 50k!! Any ideas??

As above... Also consider DMF wear, noisy mainly on startup from cold.
