Early T4 Cali

Hoping to go look at an early T4 Cali...Is advertised on here has the 2.4l diesal engine and been kept and serviced well...Couple of problems the overhead control panel has frozen but being an early one it doesn't control the heating which is a bonus, fuel gauge is intermittent and a couple of spots of rust but not bad for a 1991 reg...

Is advertised at 6.5k

Anything I ought to be looking for and is this a reasonable price.. Had a t4 before but it was the TDI..

Usual stuff the fuel gauge will be dry solder on the cluster an easy fix
