Electric side door rubbing rear arch

Hi all, has anybody come across an issue with the side door rubbing the rear quarter panel, predominantly the arch eveytime it closes. Its like the door runners jump slightly when closing?
Looking to see if there is a fix, or if VWCommercials have stepped in to sort?

Check the alignment of your door against the body shell, check all panel gaps etc.
the sliding door can be adjusted
