Electric window problem

In my relatively new Ocean, the driver side electric window has started to go part-way up, apparently meet resistance, and go back down again. This has happened several times, particularly on cold days. I can coax it up by repeatedly opening and closing it. Is this a well-known problem and does anyone have a solution to it?

PS: I should have searched more carefully. I found this earlier post: "Try a bit of spray on furniture polish in the groove of the seal - it will help the window slide easier". Any other advice?

My 6 month old Beach does this on the driver side window.

I wind it down, wind it back up. Gets 2/3 up. Then goes to the bottom. Then I wind up again and it goes all the way to the top.

Thanks. I took it to the dealer and they checked position of sensors. Now fine
