My drivers side electric window (LHD 2001 Westfalia) stuck in the closed position last night. Occasionally the switch hasn't worked in the past but now I couldn't get it going again. I am reading that this is a common problem as the words fray over time due to opening and closing of door. I have got the door panel off and was going to take the loom out to search for breaks in the wires. I took a video but can't attach it. The passenger window won't open either now and when pressing the drivers side switch for the passenger side window there is a clicking sound, but window wont open. Any thoughts please and should I continue to remove the loom to search for broken wires?
