Electrics not working without EHU 2022 Cali

Hi Everyone,

I am confused as to whether my charging sockets should be working when I am not on hook up?

I assume so but struggling to get a straight answer from VW Portugal about this.

The USB-C ports, the 240v and the 12v alll don't work unless the ignition is on or I am on hook up.

Is this how it should be?

Is this a Beach Tour or Camper? Does it have a leisure battery?
In our 21 Coast, the USB-C and cigarette socket in the cabin work without the ignition on

Oh good question, it is the beach camper with the leisure battery.
Interesting yours work!

It sounds like there is an issue with yours. Not sure what to suggest. Do you have a isolator switch?
