Hi,

We recently noticed that our 2019 T6 California developed some new noises.

1. Engine noise. We think we can only hear/notice it when engine is cold. It looks like it goes away after some time. But comes back when engine is cold

2. Side sliding door noise. It's a manual door but it has soft close. The noise is also new.

We booked an appointment in VW garage on Thursday, but would be good to hear from you guys what do you could be a root cause for both.

Thank you in advance

Can't help with the engine noise although it does sound like one of the belt pulleys.
Door, lubricate the Soft Close mechanism that pulls the door in . WD40 or Silicone Spray.

The door, the easier one, just needs some lubricant. Use any lubricant where the red arrow points to

The engine, good to have the garage check it out, but don't see an issue there though.
