Engine Technical Info Required

Hi Guys,
I have just purchased a VAG AUDI fault code reader scanner program which downloads and logs a fantastic range of live data...looks like it works just great, however where can I find the VW genuine technical engine data to compare my readings to?, any advise would be fantastic........thanks Janno
